Please read the policies below as it is your responsibility to comply to them. By making a reservation you agree to follow ALL policies, terms and conditions.

COVID-19 Policies:  All policies still apply in regards to Occupancy, Children, Pets, Smoking, Reservations and Gift Certificates.  Our Temporary COVID-19 Cancellation Policy is as follows:  during the pandemic we kindly ask for 1 full days notice, prior to your check in date, if you will not be staying with us. 
**We have Fine Tuned Our Strict Cleaning Regiment - Which includes removing any linens or surfaces that can't be cleaned every day. In addition, we wipe down light switches, remotes, and other commonly used surfaces. Everything in your suite has been cleaned just for your visit.
**Triple Sheeting - a luxurious and highly sanitary bedding solution. It guarantees that your bed is CLEAN AND FRESH. Sheeting components are laundered after each guest visit to ensure a safe and healthy sleeping environment. This is not new to the Inn but we did want to make you aware.

Inn Policies

Occupancy is limited to two adults age 18 or older per room.
The Stoltzfus and Fisher Suites can accommodate up to two additional adult guests by utilizing the sofa bed. There would be a $35.00 per person per night fee in addition to the standard room charge. When booking online you must indicate the total number of guests in the note section.

We are not able to accommodate children or infants in any of our rooms.

We cannot accommodate pets.

All of our rooms are non-smoking. Guests are welcome to smoke outside of their rooms. If it is established that a guest has smoked in the room, they will be charged a minimum recovery and cleaning fee of $189.00

A credit card is needed to guarantee all reservations. Credit cards accepted are: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.  Payments are processed manually at check out.

Gift Certificates
In addition to our own Inn & Spa gift certificates we also accept those from B&Bfinder, I Love Inns and Select Registry.

Our chef is generally able to provide a 5-course breakfast for our guests with special dietary needs or allergies when given a minimum of 48 hours notice. Please be as detailed as possible in the notes portion when booking your reservation. When booking less than 48 hours in advance our chef will do her best to accommodate special requests but may not be able to provide the full five courses.

Check-In begins at 3:00pm. If you are going to be later than 7:00pm kindly call the Inn and we will make other arrangements.
Check-Out is at noon.

Cancellation Policy Since we are a smaller bed and breakfast cancellations significantly affect us and therefore we carry a 7 day change or cancellation policy. The Inn & Spa requires a minimum of 7 days notice prior to your date of arrival to cancel or change a reservation without penalty. In the event a reservation is cancelled after the 7 day policy, the guest would be charged the full amount of their stay. However, every effort would be made to reschedule the reservation. A courtesy gift certificate can be issued for the full amount charged based on manager's discretion. However, failure to call and/or honor the reservation incurs a full charge and no gift certificate.

Spa Policies

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment so that we may start your service on time or even early. A late arrival may require a reduced appointment time, at scheduled price, with respect to the clients that are scheduled after you.

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: All will agree, time is our most valuable asset. We ask that appointments be guaranteed against late cancellation or rescheduling with a major credit card. Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule a treatment; 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule groups of three. This allows the spa enough time to fill appointments. Late cancellations will be charged 50% of treatments scheduled. "No-shows" will be charged 100% of treatments scheduled. The spa needs to pay its therapists even if a client is a "no-show". This policy allows us to retain great employees.

Quiet, Please: Please turn off cell phones upon check in at The Spa at Intercourse Village and speak softly. We are a haven for all those coming here to relax and enjoy a tranquil and stress-reducing experience.

Children: To maintain our serene atmosphere, we ask that you not bring children to The Spa at Intercourse Village. We do, however allow children to enjoy certain spa treatments under the following guidelines: children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult and all children under the age of 18 must have an adult sign their initial consultation form. It is the adult's responsibility to monitor the child's behavior.

Gratuities: Your spa treatment fees do not include gratuities. Customary gratuity for each service provider is 15 to 20 percent. Please leave any gratuities at the reception desk when checking out. Tipping envelopes for cash gratuities are provided at the front desk or you may add gratuity onto your credit card. Tipping is never expected, but always appreciated.

Product Returns or Exchanges: You may return unopened skin care products in original packaging within 30 days of purchase accompanied by sales receipt for a full refund. Any opened products may be returned for spa credit within 30 days of purchase.

Pregnancy or Medical Conditions: Be sure to mention any medical information when you book an appointment. Certain treatments may not be advisable for you. If you are pregnant, massage services are provided only if you are beyond your first trimester (twelve weeks).

This is a Professional Spa Establishment: Our trained staff are here solely to help improve your wellness and relaxation. If a therapist ever feels that a client is behaving inappropriately, they are authorized to stop the treatment immediately and direct you to the front desk.
