Full breakfast in our candlelit dining room, served between 8:00am and 10:00am, is complimentary for guests. While you wait for the main event, help yourself to homemade muffins, pastries, fruit, and granola, and sip orange juice and unlimited mugs of coffee or tea. Our Chef's hot breakfast creations are composed with fresh local ingredients and look almost too beautiful to eat. You might get to savor scrumptious strawberry-rhubarb French toast or his signature Lancaster Haystack: a poached eggs on home-fried potatoes topped with peppers and onions and a local cheddar cheese. With advance notice, Chef is happy to accommodate most dietary needs. *Gluten-free options are a specialty. Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas our guests will enjoy a continental breakfast. *Although we try to accommodate special dietary needs, we do not have a dedicated kitchen.
