Smoking
All of our suites / rooms are non-smoking of any kind, this includes vaping. Evidence of smoking or vaping will incur a $189.00 recovery fee.
Reservations
Your reservation reflects all desired evenings booked. Prices reflect two adult occupants per suite/room. All of our suites / rooms are rented by the evening. The guest agrees to pay all charges incurred during their stay and will be responsible for any damage caused by them or their party.
Children
The Inn at Intercourse Village does not permit anyone under the age of 18.
Pets
We are unable to accommodate pets. Evidence of pets will incur a $189 recovery fee.
Self-Check-in
We are happy to provide an early 3pm check in for all of our guests.
Room Refreshing
We offer Room Refreshing Service. To all of our guests staying multiple nights, you may now request to have your room refreshed.
Self-Check-out
Enjoy a late check-out, no later than 12 noon; no exceptions. An utomatic $189.00 penalty will be charged to anyone still in their room after 12 noon. Please leave your room key and signed invoice in your room.
Deposits
A non-refundable $25 deposit is required to secure any and all reservations. This booking deposit has no bearing on a cancellation and is non-refundable regardless of if/when a cancellation is made.
Pay Now/Non-Refundable Booking
All Pay Now/Non-Refundable (PNR) reservations include a discount with no blackout dates. PNR Bookings are paid in full at the time of booking and are at no time refundable or transferable.
Cancellation/Change
Direct Booking on our website or with an Innkeeper: The inn aarries a 3-day change or cancellation policy. Any changes or a cancellation must be completed no less than 3 days prior to your arrival. Any changes or a cancellation / no show, with less than 3 days’ notice prior to arrival, will result in a full charge of your stay
Third Party Bookings: 3rd party online travel agents, (Expedia, Booking.com etc) require a 7 day cancellation notice prior to your arrival date. A cancellation made after 7pm 7 days prior to your arrival date or failure to check in results in a 100% charge. Those booking through a 3rd party are unable to request a particular room by name and will be placed into the room selected by your 3rd party operator.
Breakfast
*Breakfast is served daily from 8:00am till 10:00am. Room Service is available.
*Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas… we will serve a continental breakfast to your room.
Payment
All payments charged in full, prior to check in. Be sure to have the correct form of payment on file. Enter your Inn & Spa gift certificate number online or contact your innkeeper prior to check-in. The Inn does not accept cash to pay for reservations. The inn accepts all major credit cards.
Inn & Spa Gift Certificates
To inquire on a gift certificate, the GC # or Reservations # from the purchae of the gift certiicate MUST be provided. The inn is not responsible for lost or stone GCs. All reservations must have a credit card on file, even if the GC will cover the entire amount. How to redeem: You may enter the GC# online when booking: you may redeem with an innkeeper prior to arrival. If you redeem with an innkeeper, you MUST bring the certificate or email for confirmation.
Premium Rate
For every night booked at this rate, receive a $100 credit to the Spa. Valid during your stay, subject to availability. Spa closed on Sundays.
